3/4 c. Vegetable Oil
1/2 c. Honey
4 c. Old Fashioned Oats
2 c. Sweetened, Shredded, Coconut
2 c. coarsely Chopped pecans (or any nut)
1 c. Sunflower seeds
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped dried apricots or pears
1 c. Golden Raisins
1 c. dried Cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325. Mix oil and honey, set aside.
Toss everything else except for the fruit.
Add oil mixture and mix with wooden spoon.
Put mixture in 2 15x8 baking pans (or 2 9x13 cake pans)
Bake for 20-40 min stirring every 5-min until golden brown.
Let cool in pans stirring occasionally to prevent caking.
When cool, add fruit. Store in airtight container
