40 oz. of frozen whole strawberries (can substitute blueberries)
1 lb. of fresh or frozen cranberries
10 c. sugar
2 pouches (3 oz. each) liquid fruit pectin
1 pat of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grind strawberries and cranberries in a food processor or grinder; place in a large kettle. Add sugar. Bring to a full rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute. Add the pat of butter. Stir in pectin, return to a full rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool for 5 minutes; skim off foam. Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 in. head space. Adjust caps. Process for 15 minutes in a boiling water bath.
