White Bread Recipe for Bread Machine


Put items in the machine pan, in the following order. 
Zero out scale after each ingredient. 
Dig a small crater for the yeast.

378g warm water
11g canola or grapeseed oil
600g Flour
11g salt
11g sugar
3g yeast



DIRECTIONS:
1. Remove bread pan; attach kneading blade.
2. Place all ingredients in bread pan in the order listed. (liquid first, then dry, then yeast in center hole dug in dry ingredients.
3. insert bread pan, close lid and plug in.
4. Select bread type: Press arrow to change and select to choose
5. Select crust color: Press arrow until desired color is blinking. Press SELECT.
6. lf rapid cycle is desired, press SELECT when RAPID is blinking. Or press arrow if rapid cycle is not desired.
7. Select loaf size: Press arrow until LARGE or SMALL is blinking. Press SELECT.
8. lf delay bake option is desired, press HR and MIN to set timer.
9.Press START. Bread will be done baking in the number of hours indicated.
