1 can (10oz) Green Enchilada Sauce (Mild)
2 cans (15.5oz) White Great Northern Beans - drained and rinsed
1 lb (16oz) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 cup frozen or canned corn
2 cans (4oz) Diced Fire-Roasted Green Chilies (mild) - undrained
3/4 teaspoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Ground Chili Powder
1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
Salt & Pepper
2 cups Chicken Stock or Broth
1 package (8oz) Cream Cheese

Toppings (optional):
Fresh Cilantro
Lime Juice
Avocado
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add chicken to the bottom of your crockpot and throw remaining ingredients on top (leave out cream cheese until the end). Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6/8 hours/

Remove chicken and shred. Then add it back in and stir in room temp cream cheese at the end. Stir and combine everything. Top with your fav toppings (sour cream, avocado, chips, lime juice, shredded cheese, etc.)

Serve with corn bread!
